Customer wanted to run 4 Air Conditioners on solar which typically requires a large generator, While several other companies told them it couldn't be done, 12v Marine designed a safe and capable system and executed the install meeting all of the customers requirements.

Making things more complicated, this boat had many previous owner modifications and actually had stray ac current that was shocking the boatyard team before we started our project. This much power can be dangerous requiring a complex system of transfer switches, ABYC required redundant fusing, disconnect switches, proper wires sizing, connections, and protection, high current Solar controllers, and a myriad of other components. we used 3 - 5000w inverters and created 3 isolated electrical zones running off of the same 24v battery system which was also used for the 12v dc house system and had the ability to also charge the batteries and run off of 220v split phase shore power.
